Semi automatic stone sharpening system allows sharpening of knife edge to be done in only 10 seconds without removing the knife. It is especially suitable for the transversal cut due to its anchor flange which allows an easy fitting on fixed or automatic stirrup. The base is Teflon® coated that allows an easy feed by reducing friction between base & fabric. It is possible to install this cutting unit on sliding rails within a minimum space.

The combination between blade and counter blade allows a sharp and precise cut without any rag grinding.

This series is part of latest technology of Rasor Direct Drive such as knife installed on same axis of motor.

All machines are specially designed with 3-phase induction motors, are balanced and virtually noiseless, 380/400 V, 50 Hz. These machines are specially studied for transversal and no-stop cut and are arranged with a anchor flange easy to be fitted on fixed or automatic stirrup. The aluminium Teflon® coated base reduces friction between the foot and the material and allows for easy forward movement even for an installation on sliding rails. The new particular building geometry “Monster” style avoids the trouble on winding for composite material such as the winding of the fibre behind the knife.
